Clorisa Mainor interviewing her cousin for an E2Y project. Engaging and Empowering Youth (E2Y) is a Champaign-Urbana, Illinois-based collaboration between WILL Public Media, Champaign-Urbana Area Project, The Mental Health Center of Champaign County and the Community Informatics Initiative at the University of Illinois.
The students' first assignment was to conduct a practice interview with a family member. This summer, the students will interview community members to determine the assets of their neighborhoods and will publish their findings.
